- Serial number from your hub. It is located on the front of the hub. If possible take a picture of the hub and attach it.
- Email address associated with your account. If you are using a social media log in, what is the email address associated with that.
- Feel free to attach pictures and screenshots. This can really be helpful when trying to understand your situation.
- Detailed explanation. The more detail we get the better.
