- Find the hub and check the Wireless LED. The Wireless LED should be flashing green to let you know it is powered up and ready to pair. A solid green light indicates the hub is currently connected to a mobile device. Only one mobile device can be connected at a time. Locate and disconnect the mobile device that is currently connected to the hub.
- Unplug the power plug on the hub and plug it back in. Then try to connect again.
- From your mobile device, remove any paired 1st Mate units from your Bluetooth menu.
- For Android:

Start the Settings app.

Select "Connections" and then select "Bluetooth."

Find under "Paired Devices" anything that resembles 1st Mate or HUB and choose "unpair".

- For Apple:
- Start the Settings app.
- Select "Bluetooth".
- Find any devices that resembles 1st Mat or HUB and select the information icon. Then select "Forget This Device".
- For Android:
- Clear your Bluetooth cache.
- For Android
- Open the Settings app, or go back to the main settings page
- Select "Apps."
- Select the menu icon and then choose "Show system apps."
- In the list of apps, select "Bluetooth."
- Select "Storage."
- Select "Clear cache."
- For Apple
- Proceed to next step.
- For Android
- Restart your mobile device.
