What engines is the 1st Mate system compatible with?

The 1st Mate system is compatible with most marine engines.  For 1st Mate to work, the engine must have a "close-to-stop" lanyard circuit.  This means the the lanyard circuit is open when operating the vessel and closing the circuit will cause the engine(s) to shut off.  Some marine engines are "open-to-stop" and work in the opposite way.  For these engines, 1st Mate will not work.  We are working on a hardware solution for "open-to-stop" engines and hope to release something soon.
