• Download the 1st Mate app and submit a request for assistance directly from the app using the feedback option.  You do NOT need to log in or create an account to send feedback.
  • Download the app
  • Select "Skip for now" on log in screen. You will now be in guest mode.
  • Select the menu from top left of screen
  • Select "Help Center"
  • Select "Support Center". You are now directed to the 1st Mater support webpage. Here you can browse how to videos, support documents and FAQs
  • Select Menu at the top right
  • Select "Submit a request". 
    • Fill out the form as complete as you can.
